Buenos Aires, Argentina, Jan 19.- Argentine President Cristina Fernandez signed new trade agreements in Qatar on Wednesday with exectutives of the largest companies in the country, signifying millions in investment in the Argentine economy.
According to Al Rayah newspaper, Fernandez met with the top executives of Qatar transnationals, such as the president of Qatar Holding, one of the worldâ?Ös largest.
This investment fund will finance the construction of a dock and other projnects for tankers with a deep draft to be able to dock in the Gulf of San Matias in Argentina.
English-language Arab media sites reported that the port investment would make it possible to unload double the amount of gas imported from the Persian Gulf, for a 20 percent increase in the daily supply of that resource.
The Golf Times newspaper informed that negotiations related to heavy metals such as silver, gold and copper would take place
