This super ultra-luxury apartment has over 1000 square feet of living space and is located in the heart of Recoleta. It has just been completely remodeled and is situated nicely between Recoleta Village and the famous shopping street of Avenida Sante Fe. This location has everything at your doorstep including 5 star restaurants, bars, health clubs, laundry services, massages or food shopping. This is a true 5 star property in which no expense was spared during renovation
The property features a beautiful 400 square foot private terrace and is truly an oasis within the city. Surrounded by lush plantings you can relax to the sound of your water fountain or heat up with your own outdoor fireplace. Located at the back of the building it has no street noise and provides a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of touring in the city.
The apartment features high-end designer leather and wood furnishings. The l...iving room has a Sanyo 32” LCD flat screen television and features floor to ceiling windows and doors that open up to the terrace. Artwork, specially commissioned for the rooms, fills the walls with lively colors. Marble floors flow from the inside to the outside and this light and bright space is a perfect alternative to those who don’t want to be cramped in a small hotel room or apartment.
Four guests can be accommodated comfortably in the property’s two bedrooms. The master suite features a designer white leather king size bed and can be separated from the rest of the apartment with a close of a door. It also has floor to ceiling doors and windows that open up to the private terrace. The walls also feature artwork that has been specially commissioned for the room. Huge floor to ceiling custom closets will hold even the most ambitious wardrobes. The second lofted bedroom is accessed through its own stairs and features a queen sized bed with its own custom closets. The second bedroom is completely private from the Master Suite and has warm wood floors. The property features two beautifully renovated full-sized bathrooms so sharing will not be an issue.
Chefs won’t be disappointed by the property’s kitchen as well. It has everything you will need including a stainless steel range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils needed for cooking. The kitchen has granite counter tops and beautiful tile-work. All finishes are top-notch and won’t disappoint.
The business center is found in the second lofted area of the apartment. It features a custom, built-in desk and WIFI high speed internet access throughout the apartment. The second lofted area also has a special “chill area” with custom pillows and cushions, perfect for reading or hanging out.

Perfect Spot to Stay
This was our second time to stay in Reuben & Tim's apartment in BA. The apartment is very spacious and affords any traveler a perfect oasis in BA. It is located in the Recoleta and a very easy and very safe walk to all necessary services from banks to restaurants to shopping to many sights. Because it is such a good neighborhood, taxis are always available right outside the front door of the building. Reuben & Tim have seen to it that the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen are completely equipped. Honestly, knowing that their apartment is available, my family and I wouldn't consider a hotel.

Sue, their resident property manager, is very gracious and knowledgable. She anticipates one's needs and is always accessible to you.

The very large patio with fountain and firepit is a wonderful "extra". The perfect place for coffee every morning and a perfect place for a before-dinner or after-dinner drink almost every night. The office located in the loft area has good high-speed internet and a very comfortable place to work, whether it's business or managing digital photos or researching more places to go in BA.

My family and I plan on returning soon. More...
